Yooooooooooooohhhhhhhoioooooooo Ladies…..I read the magazine last night and I have a good news for the ladies who love so much snacking. No need to worry for you guys if we snacking too much, but in one condition we must eat healthy snacking.
I’m so excited to tell you this good news, that if we often snacking it can increasing metabolism our body and prevent we eat too much. But we must concern about what snacking that we have chosen. Pick the healthy one and keep the calory per day not over than 200. Here it is ladies what we can eat in biggest portion.
1. Almond
Almond pea riched of protein and vitamins E that are really usefull for our body.Vitamin e really works for our skin look fabulous. But remember, almond pea also contain high calory, so if we consume almond not to redundant and better pick unsalted.
2. Oatmeal
This I called the super healthy food because almost no negative substance. It’s amaze me. Oatmeal proven able to decreasing degree of cholesterol in our blood and decreasing risk of heart attack. Oatmeal also really suitable for food low-fat diet and consume by most of athlete.
3. Fruit bar
Fruity bar used accustomed from dry out organic fruits. No wonder if fruit bar riches of fiber and vitamins. Sometimes fruit bar can be mixing with jam which is also good for our health.
4. Low fat pudding/ jelly
Pudding and jelly can become our health snacking if we pick the low-fat one. The content in inside the pudding / jelly certainly use low-fat and artificial sweet material for producing
5. Non- fat Yogurt
The original yogurt is sour, in every food which contain yogurt products usually added lots of sugar. Because of that reason that we must clever and careful to pick yogurt non fat which use artificial sweet safety to consume in normal portion.
6. Crackers
The crackers in the way how they produce is roasted ,it’s ok for shore up our belly. Above all if it made from veggie basic material or fruit.
7. Cereal
Cereal contains lots vitamin and mineral, but my tips is concern about sugar degree inside the cereal. Pick the low sugar.
8. Lemon juice
Juice is one of healthy snacking and satiate . Take as much as you want, but once again concern the sugar adding.
9. Roasted potato chips
This roasted potato chips is totally delicious, we always forgot the portion when we ate the potato chips. For safety, we can made potato chips roasted by the oven. We ready to eat potato chips.
